1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the online store of Griva Hair Shop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer declares to agree with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Griva Hair Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of the order shall apply.
1.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
2. Products
2.1 Griva Hair Shop specializes in professional hair extension supplies and accessories.
2.2 All products are intended for professional use only. The customer is responsible for correct and safe application.
2.3 Product descriptions, photos, and specifications on the website are provided for informational purposes. Slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Orders can be placed worldwide through the online store.
3.2 Payments must be made in advance using one of the available methods: iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other listed payment options.
3.3 Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully confirmed.
3.4 All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Orders are shipped via reliable courier services, primarily DHL Express.
4.2 Delivery times depend on the destination country. Delays caused by customs procedures or external courier services are beyond the responsibility of Griva Hair Shop.
4.3 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
4.4 Additional charges such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Complaints
5.1 Due to the hygienic nature of hair extension supplies, returns are not accepted, except in cases where goods arrive damaged or defective.
5.2 Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by photographic evidence.
5.3 If the complaint is approved, the customer will receive either a replacement product or a refund.
5.4 Unauthorized returns without prior agreement will not be accepted.
6. Warranty and Quality Assurance
6.1 Griva Hair Shop guarantees that all products meet the quality standards required for professional use.
6.2 Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper application, or incorrect storage.
6.3 The customer acknowledges that certain products (such as adhesives, gels, and activators) must only be used by trained professionals.
6.4 Griva Hair Shop cannot be held liable for negative outcomes resulting from improper or non-professional use.
7. Liability
7.1 Griva Hair Shop is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of products supplied.
7.2 The full responsibility for correct and professional use of products lies with the customer or the professional applying them.
7.3 Liability of Griva Hair Shop is at all times limited to the amount of the order in question.
